Remodel in St. Petersburg's Residence

This residential renovation in St. Petersburg, Florida, transforms a 1950s ranch into a Coastal Craftsman bungalow inspired by the region’s architectural heritage of the 1920s. Through carefully considered proportions, materials, and detailing, the design reconnects the home with the historic character of Florida’s Suncoast while embracing the needs of modern living. An open-concept layout creates a natural flow between shared living spaces, complemented by thoughtfully zoned private areas that balance openness, comfort, and functionality.
