Guy R. Nichols, AIA, NCARB

Architecture has always been a part of Guy Nichols’ life. With a father who built custom homes and a mother in real estate, he developed an early appreciation for thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and the places people call home. With nearly four decades of experience in architecture and construction, Guy combines creative vision, technical expertise, and practical building knowledge. He is a licensed architect in Colorado and Florida and holds NCARB certification. Guy believes that successful architecture begins with understanding the people it serves and the place where it is created. His approach brings together each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations with the unique opportunities and challenges of a site and its surroundings. Rather than imposing a signature style, he seeks to create homes that reflect the individuality of their owners and the character of their setting—places that feel as though they truly belong.
