Guy R. Nichols, AIA, NCARB
Principal Architect | Nexus Architecture
Architecture has always been a part of Guy Nichols’ life. With a father who built custom homes and a mother in real estate, he developed an early appreciation for thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and the places people call home.
With nearly four decades of experience in architecture and construction, Guy combines creative vision, technical expertise, and practical building knowledge. He is a licensed architect in Colorado and Florida and holds NCARB certification. Rather than imposing a signature style, he seeks to create homes that reflect the individuality of their owners and the character of their setting—places that feel as though they truly belong.
“Successful architecture begins with understanding the people it serves and the place where it is created”
Guy R. Nichols, AIA, NCARB, Principal Architect at Nexus Architecture, believes that successful design emerges from a deep dialogue between inhabitant and environment. His approach harmonizes a client’s aspirations with the unique opportunities of each site.
